hello ,Firstly i would like to give my deep condolences for the recent passing of Inge King. I have marvelled and been so inspired for many years by your wonderful work.-I am a mature age student at Federation University Ballarat studying visual art-and i would seek your permission to include images of Grand Arch in a short film this semester- the film centred on the idea of ‘Memento Mori’ -and celebrating 100 years of art- respectful and thoughful attention will be taken in making this short film and a credit will be made in the
end titles-thank you for your time
    fond regards Justin Butler

Marc, I don’t think this is Inge King’s work. The sculpture in the photo would be what I would describe as an organic form. The only organic form work that I know of was her early carved wood work produced in her training and shortly after in Britain. We have seen nothing like this in Inge’s catalogue of work.

Do you know who was a steel welder in Brunswick who worked with Inge King on her smaller sculptures.
She and Graeme mentioned him to me many years ago as someone who could facilitate a small repair on a bird sculpture of Inge’s that I have.

I have a garden sculpture at my house that shares some similarities to some of Inga’s work. Is there someone who might be able to advise if it in fact might be?
